Through AJA Marketplace, we are building a bridge between the Water Districts and Local Government Units in the Philippines and the manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors around the globe. Our platform opens opportunities for our customers to access a wide range of water equipment, solutions, contracts, and services offered by our validated list of high-quality vendors. All applicants are required to upload Certification Letter during the registration. This letter can be filled out by the Human Resource Department or the General Manager to certify that you are currently employed in the office you are registering.
Approval
Wait for the approval notification that will be sent to your registered e-mail together with the temporary log-in credentials. Please change the password through your Account Dashboard after logging in.

Is there a membership fee?
Membership is free forever. However, the Yearly Renewal of membership will be implemented to make sure our database is updated specially about the status of the member’s employment in the company.
What is Customer Certification Letter?
Customer Certification Letter is a template that should be filled out and signed by the Human Resource Department or the Water District/LGU’s General Manager. This is a document where we can verify the eligibility of the person registering in our platform. We are taking security measures to make sure that the Customers of AJA Marketplace exclusively includes only the employees from Water Districts, Local Government Units, Private Water Utility Providers and Contractors. A template of the Certification Letter is attached together with this e-book.

Sourcing products can be done in several ways through the, Search Bar, Category Drop down, Main Menu, Category List, and Collection List at the Homepage.
Collection Page
Categories can have different collection pages depending on the availability of its sub-categories within our platform. End-Users can now easily compare prices because of the product’s price transparency on the collection pages.
Product Page
Standard Specification.
We created the Standard Specifications to help the End-Users easily compare the products and determine if it will match the requirements they need on their project.
After Sales Add-Ons.
This is an optional after-sales services they can purchase together with the product. The total cost of the product together with the after sales add-ons will be computed real-time to empower End-Users tailor fit their needs according to their budget.
Product Details.
All details of the products including the features, certifications, downloadable specifications, videos and reviews can be accessed in the Product Details portion.
Quotation
All customer requests for quotation will be listed on their My Account Dashboard. The Final Quotation will be available once the quotation status indicates “Pending.” The Final Quotation can be downloaded for the customer’s perusal. Every quotation requested will have a 30 days validity period.

What if the products I am looking for are not yet listed in AJA Marketplace?
We have created a portion where customers can let us know what they are looking for. We will source for suppliers and invite them to be a vendor.

Once a Final Quotation from AJA Marketplace won the bidding, the quotation will reflect on the General Manager or Purchasing Manager’s My Account Dashboard. They can accept the quotation, proceed to checkout, and confirm the order.
Checkout & Complete Order
Proceed to Checkout. The Billing and Shipping Information should be provided during this stage. Once the Billing and Shipping Information are filled out, the Authorizer can proceed click on the Confirm Order.
Send Purchase Order
The Authorizer should upload a copy of the signed Purchase Order to https://aja-marketplace.com/po-uploader or send it to sales@ajanrwsolutions- marketplace.com. The order will only be processed upon the receipt of the Purchase Order.
FAQ
Who can accept quotations and proceed to checkout?
Only the members with Authorizers Account can accept orders, proceed to checkout, and complete orders. You may check your membership profile through the My Account Dashboard.
Is my order already confirmed after I click on “Confirm Order” during checkout?
Orders will be on hold after confirming the order online. A copy of the Purchase Order should be uploaded to https://aja-marketplace.com/po-uploader or sent to sales@ajanrwsolutions-marketplace.com to verify the order.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Orders are payable via cheque.
What is the validity of the quotation?
The quotation is valid for 30 days. The amount will remain the same during the given validity period of the quotation regardless of the price change made by the product vendor after the quote has been requested.

The status of the order will be sent via email and can also be seen on the My Account Dashboard. A tracking number will also be sent to the customer.
Delivery Receipt & Invoice
The Invoice and Delivery Receipt will be sent after the product has been delivered for payment processing.

The Official Receipt will be issued upon payment.
